We are happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit voucher, for incorrect choice subject to the terms and conditions below. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.
Product Returns - Should you be unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a store credit voucher or exchange subject to the following terms.
- You must notify us within 7 days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for any exchange or credit.
- Goods will not be accepted for return without prior authorisation.
- All returns (other than faulty goods) are subject to a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred by us in the transaction/return.
- Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in a saleable condition with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return if in our opinion the goods have been used or soiled in any way.
- ALL returns must be accompanied by the original receipt to be considered for exchange or store credit.
